On February 6, 2009, the U.S. Small Business Administration’s (SBA) Office of Advocacy (Advocacy) submitted comments to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regarding a proposed ban of the sale and distribution of refrigeration and air conditioning appliances that contain several designated refrigerants that adversely affect stratospheric ozone.
