The Advisory Board Company (Nasdaq: ABCO) 24% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.40, 7 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.47.

Revenues for the quarter were $57.2 million, versus the consensus of $56.93 million. Lowers Q4 EPS to $0.30-$0.37, versus the consensus of $0.61 and revs of $57.5-$59 million, versus the consensus of $62.9 million.

Sees FY08 revs of $232-$237 million, versus prior guidance of $243 million, versus the consensus of $252 million.
