Bankruptcy judge backs Grupo Mexico bid for Asarco

A bankruptcy judge is recommending a revised bid from Sterlite Industries for the assets of Arizona miner Asarco LLC be rejected.

He says the Grupo Mexico bid to regain control over Asarco is still superior.
