| 16. | Easy Read, Very Clear |
| (Colorado, USA) March 23, 2005 - 4.0/5 stars |
| A well written case for how to treat people in daily interaction. How you
can add to them, or remove from them.
Sure wish managers were
required to read this. It's a good layout for being a positive human being
in general.
Worth the read. |

| Nice book if you are just beginning your plight into the self-help arena.
Content is based on the old positive thinking paradigm which has been
revised and optimized in Optimal Thinking: How to be Your Best Self. Read

| 18. | Great read! |
| (Morristown, TN) April 1, 2005 - 4.0/5 stars |
| This was a very worthwhile read. I also have Von-Hippel Lindau, but I
strongly recommend it to anyone. It focuses on being positive and having
a better outlook on everything. This relates to having health problems,
family life, work, or just life in general. A must-read! |

| 19. | Good book, but mostly common sense |
| (OR) November 9, 2004 - 4.0/5 stars |
| The book did a wonderful job in helping you realize how social interactions
at all levels (whether significant or not) affect the outcome of your mood.
I think the authors had great details in supporting their arguement... read full review |

| 20. | Quick Read / Well worth it |
| (St. Paul, MN) September 22, 2004 - 4.0/5 stars |
| The 'bucket book' is a good little book. This whole book focuses on being
more positive than negative. Sounds easy right? Probably because it is
if you try. Gallup, specifically Tom Rath and Don Clifton have put
together... read full review |

| (USA) August 11, 2004 - 4.0/5 stars |
| This book has some tried and proven principles, but there was nothing new
here for me. I read about positive and negative emotional bank deposits
years ago in books by Zig Ziglar and Brian Tracy. If you haven't come
across... read full review |

| 22. | Old ideas repackaged in an easy read |
| (New Jersey, USA) December 2, 2004 - 3.0/5 stars |
| I have read this advice in about 100 other self help books but not in this
format. Basically the author says that if you lead a constructive life,
you will get returns. I agree with the concept of treating others... read full review |

| 23. | Disappointing |
| (Boston, MA) September 6, 2004 - 3.0/5 stars |
| In my opinion, this story is for uninformed people who have bad attitudes
toward others and are inadequate in the workplace. If you want to
maximize your success in the workplace, read Optimal Thinking: How To Be
Your Best Self and The Five Dysfunctions of a Team. |

| (San Jose, CA, USA) February 18, 2005 - 3.0/5 stars |
| The first set of books from Gallup - 'First Break all Rules' and the
following 'Now Discover your strengths' were worth a lot more. In
comparison, I thought this one lacked new ideas. The author went about
proving his... read full review |
