I'm so glad I bought this

I bought this book from Amazon.com about a year ago and because I did, I was able to carry on intelligent conversations with my agent and lender as I recently purchased a home.

Even better, I felt prepared for those conversations and much more in control of the situation than I would have had I not read this book.

The tone is light-hearted and practical, and I wish more books were written this way. Thanks to the authors for doing a great job!
