Rating: 4.5/5 Stars
Rank: 1413
Great for educators!! (Grand Rapids, Michigan) January 8, 2004 - 5.0/5 stars
I teach graduate classes in Educational Leadership and this book will be
required reading for my classes.
There is so much that relates to being
effective and affective in dealing with people either little people or
adults.I believe this book will be one that my students will not only
purchase but look to often.
I know I do as a professor and teacher.
