Using QBQ! to be EXCELLENT (Atlanta, GA) April 6, 2005 - 5.0/5 stars
I am the Chief Operating Officer of a 600+ lawyer firm with offices around
the globe. I head up an effort in our firm to achieve true service
excellence through engagement of everyone from file clerk to billing
attorney.
Its a long haul effort but I believe it will pay huge dividends
if we can achieve it.
We have used the QBQ! book to deal with
one of the key pieces of the foundation of this effort: personal
accountability.
I say thanks to Mr. Miller for writing it and thanks for
keeping it short. It allows me to make it 'required reading' without allot
of grousing.
