This book is a life saver.

Although it's been updated, I ordered the original version of this book in 2001. At the time, right after 9/11, I was heavily in debt and had lost my job and my car.

I was very skeptical of what Joe suggested in the book but I was desperate and had nothing to lose.

Within 48 hours of following Joe's five steps, I had not one, but two cars and a job offer.

In less than five months, I'd eliminated over $50,000 in credit card debt, started a successful online business, met the woman of my dreams whom I eventually married and moved to a beautiful town in the Texas hill country.

This was every single thing I'd asked for when doing the exercises in the book.

Last October, I used Joe's five steps to generate enough cash to buy a classic Mercedes in only ten days.

The most amazing thing about all this is that the five steps are really quite simple. They don't take long to complete and it's certainly not hard work.

The most difficult part for me initially was just getting over my skepticism.

There's no come on for a more expensive course or coaching or anything like that.

The book contains everything you need to know.
