This was a phenomenal book. I only read it for a paper I had to do for
school but I ended up loving it. This book not only helps you to get a
better understanding of how to overcome problems in a team, but was also
very interesting to read.
Once I started it, I was not able to put it
back down until the very last page. The fable that was used in order to
illustrate the key points was very well written and it kept my attention
till the end of the story.
I am certainly looking forward to reading
"The Four Obsessions of an Extraordinary Executive" which was
written by the same author.
