Conan O'Brien Says He Won't Host 'Tonight Show' Following Leno

In a statement to "People of Earth," Conan O'Brien says NBC has not given him "some time and, just as important, some degree of ratings support from the prime-time schedule" to succeed as the "Tonight" host.
