DirecTV Sues Dish Network Over 'Why Pay More' Commercials

DirecTV Group Inc. filed a false-advertising suit Thursday against Dish Network Corp.

The complaint alleges that Dish Network is making an "apples and oranges" comparison between DirecTV's "Choice Xtra" package and the Dish Network Packages "America's Top 120".
