Europe’s slow job growth hurts recovery

People enter a job center in Berlin last Tuesday.<br /><br />The number of unemployed in Germany rose in December by 60,000, pushing the jobless rate up to 7.8 percent.Western Europe's corrosive unemployment, which has risen to an average of almost 10 percent as a result of the global economic crisis, is likely to get worse before it gets better.
