Fed lowers the interest rate

FED has just informed, that the new interest rate is 2.25%. At the moment Dow Jones is up with 2.25% and it is not sure, what will happen, as the markets expected more.

The stocks in Europe has risen a lot while waiting for FED to lower the interest rate.
