Fictional journalism? Esquire creates Heath Ledger's last days

After Heath Ledger was found dead in his SoHo apartment on Jan. 22, David Granger, the editor in chief of Esquire magazine, dispatched a writer named Lisa Taddeo to report on the actor's final days.

sad state of affairs

considering the fact that esquire was once home to the greatest fiction writers of america, tis a sad state of affairs. even though they tried to save face with a bit of the classics from the archives. esquire, wake up. not everyone out there is an idiot. we would like to see something new that might be a classic for our generation, too.
