General Motors Files For Bankruptcy

On June 1st at 8:00 AM, GM filed for section 363 Chapter 11 bankruptcy in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in New York City.

It is the fourth-largest bankruptcy in U.S. history based the company’s $91 billion in assets, and the largest of an industrial entity.
