GM to offer money-back guarantee

General Motors Chairman Edward Whitacre Jr. appears in a new television commercial offering car buyers the option to return their vehicles within two months of purchase for a full refund.GM is hoping to jump-start its revival by guaranteeing car buyers that if they don't like their new Chevrolet, GMC, Buick or Cadillac, they have 60 days to bring it back for a full refund.
