High Court To Hear Enron Ex-CEO's Criminal Appeal

The Supreme Court will consider the appeal of former Enron Chief Executive Jeffrey Skilling, convicted in 2006 of conspiracy, insider trading, securities fraud and lying to auditors in the collapse of the former energy giant.
