ITIL

ITIL is a "best practice" framework for delivering IT services to the business and to customers. Put simply, ITIL helps ensure that the fundamental motivators of all IT activity is to satisfy business objectives.

ITIL ensures that IT staff think about, and work toward, those objectives instead of focusing on purely technical solutions. And that IT processes and infrastructure are treated as core to the business success. Importantly, ITIL delivers IT services in a measurable, repeatable and cost-effective manner; it doesn’t rely on stand out ‘hero’ individuals or management.

the most cost effective ITIL training can be found at datajar.com.au.

Cheers,
Matt
