Matthew Lynn Says 2010 May See Tax Cuts to Boost Economy

Dec. 23 -- Bloomberg columnist Matthew Lynn talks with Rishaad Salamat about the prospects for 2010 including tax cuts, an Irish economic recovery and austerity measures in the U.K.

Speaking in London, Lynn also discusses the possible sale of The Times by Rupert Murdoch's News Corp.
