LOS ANGELES (AP) — A proposal to bring NFL football to downtown Los Angeles is not supposed to cost a public penny, but a little-noticed provision in a current draft of the plan would transfer valuable development rights from the city to the developer pitching the project.

Concert promoter AEG, along with Outbox Technology, is developing a company of its own that could represent the first real competition that Ticketmaster has faced in some time.

Three weeks after the iconic singer's death, concert promoter AEG and giant Universal Music Group are expected to begin selling as many as 300 items designed by the 50-year-old singer.
