American Apparel (AMEX: APP) 10.2% LOWER; delays the filing of its 10-K, citing reviews and analyses of its '09, '10 financials.

The retailer said it expects to see 2010 sales and gross margin decrease and a loss. Affymax, Inc. (Nasdaq: AFFY) 7.1% LOWER; announced that it is offering to sell shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering.

Affymax also expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase additional shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.

Jack in the Box (NASDAQ: JACK) 7.3% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.70, 15 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.55.

Revenue for the quarter was $540.3 million, which compares to the estimate of $549.49 million. Same Store Sales were down 6%.

Sees Q1 comps down 10%, and FY10 comps down 3 - 10%. Navios Maritime Partners L.P. (NYSE: NMM) 6.7% LOWER; plans to offer 4,000,000 common units representing limited partnership interests in a public offering.
