Star Scientific (Nasdaq: STSI) 65.4% LOWER; RJ Reynolds wins a verdict in the Star Tobacco patent trial. Merix Corporation (NASDAQ: MERX) 43.2% HIGHER; announced a major, multi-million dollar order from global avionics and communications pioneer Rockwell Collins (NYSE: COL).

The order is a direct result of Merix's focus on the defense and aerospace sector where the company has broadened its product offering and grown its market share in the past 14 months.
