Five million Beatles tracks, one million albums sold on iTunes

How much pent up demand was there for Beatles music in some sort of downloadable format? A lot, appearently, as Apple has said that since November 16, when they were first released to the world on iTunes, 5 million tracks have been downloaded worldwide.

It's almost been as long and winding a road for an official Google Voice app to reach the iPhone as it was for the Beatles to reach iTunes.

Not quite, but almost. However, on Tuesday, Google announced a native (and official) Google Voice app was now in the App Store.
