Revenue for the quarter was $46.3 million, which compares to the estimate of $46.35 million. Retracts full year guidance.

Nanometrics, Inc. (Nasdaq: NANO) 14.9% HIGHER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.51, which may not compare to the analyst estimate of $0.27.

Revenue for the quarter was $50.8 million, which compares to the estimate of $39.28 million.

Price target raised $4 to $36. J.P. Morgan upgrades Unilever (NYSE: UL) from Neutral to Overweight. Jefferies & Co upgrades VMware (NYSE: VMW) from Underperform to Hold.

Lazard Capital upgrades Cinemark (NYSE: CNK) to Buy. Price target $13. Citigroup upgrades Blue Nile (Nasdaq: NILE) from Hold to Buy and maintains their $50 price target.
