UPGRADES FBR Research upgrades Adobe Systems (NASDAQ: ADBE) from Market Perform to Outperform.

Goldman Sachs upgraded Charles Schwab Corp. (NASDAQ: SCHW) from Sell to Neutral and raised their price target from $16 to $18.
