(American Physical Society) Authors of papers in American Physical Society journals may now choose to make their papers freely available through the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 License, granting authors and others the right to copy, distribute, transmit, and adapt the work, provided that proper credit is given.

Google is making it much simpler to work out which photos you're allowed to use for what, and which you aren't.
