Healthcare Services Group Inc. (Nasdaq: HCSG) 8.6% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.12, 3 cents lower than the analyst estimate of $0.15.

Revenue for the quarter came in at $208.4 million, versus the consensus estimate of $204.74 million. Raises its quarterly dividend from 15.625c to 15.75c per common share.

The dividend is payable May 13 to shareholders of record on April 22. The ex-dividend date is April 20. Tyco International Ltd.
