Las Vegas -- Consumers who receive a $40 coupon from the government to subsidize the purchase of a digital-to-analog converter box should act fast, said NBC Universal vice president Bob Okun, who heads the network’s lobbying efforts in Washington, D.C.

The chairman of the House Energy & Commerce Committee asked the FCC and the National Telecommunications and Information Administration for quarterly updates on whether there is enough money to subsidize digital-to-analog converter boxes for everyone who needs them.
