A-Power (Nasdaq: APWR) 8.1% LOWER; postpones quarterly conference call from November 18 to later in 2010. The company said the postponement was not due to any accounting irregularities.

The Company regrets any inconvenience that the postponement may have created. SmartHeat (Nasdaq: HEAT) 7.1% LOWER; to offer 5 million shares of common stock DryShips, Inc.

(Nasdaq: DRYS) 6% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.38, ex-items, 13 cents better than the consensus of $0.25.
