Kantrowitz says U.S. consumers now owe more on their student loans than their credit cards.

With its ballooning wealth, Harvard planned almost frenzied growth, from a building boom into Boston to vast increases in financial aid for students.

The federal form for financial aid has become very intimidating over the years. But it is also hard to fix.

I want to study Computer Science in US (I'm a high school student now)
But I don't know which universities/colleges I should apply (not the top ones).

I will apply as an international student, so financial aid also plays an important role for me.
How about studying CS in Liberal Arts College ?

Is it good ?
I'm really confused now ..... :-/
