This report is an intraday check of some of the more notable stocks that have hit a 52-week high or low so far today. 52-Week High:

  • American Tower Corp.

    (NYSE: AMT) high of $58.00. American Tower is 5 percent better on Tuesday's session following its quarterly report.

    American Tower reported a GAAP loss of 4 cents per share and revenue of $630.4 million. Recurring free cash flow in the quarter came in at 61 cents per share.

    The Street was looking for earnings of 25 cents per share and revenue of $617.3 million. Looking ahead, American Tower sees


 

AOL Beats Q4 Estimates

Earlier this morning, AOL reported its fourth quarter earnings results, and for shareholders, there's both good news and bad news.  The good: the company beat most analysts' expectations.  The bad: a column documenting year-over-year changes is still almost full of double-digit negative numbers.

Indeed, total revenue decreased 26 percent compared to the fourth quarter of 2009, advertising revenue fell by the same amount, and free cash flow plunged by 38 percent, none of which is encouraging.

eBay Sees 16% Revenue Increase for the Fourth Quarter

eBay has reported its financial results for the fourth quarter, and with revenue for the quarter at $2.4 billion, up 16% from the same period in 2008.

That includes revenue of $112.0 million from Skype for the period that eBay fully owned it. Excluding Skype from the fourth quarter of 2008 and the fourth quarter of 2009, revenue growth would have been 19%.

Analyst raises Ford estimate on increased sales

eBay Marketplace Down Significantly from Last Year

eBay announced its second quarter results yesterday, and claims to have had a strong second quarter, slightly higher than expectations.

Here are some of the numbers:

- Second quarter revenue was $2.10 Billion (a $97.7 million decrease year-over-year)

- Net income on a GAAP basis was $327.3 million ($0.25 per diluted share)

- Non-GAAP net income was $478.6 million ($0.37 per diluted share)

- eBay generated $730.7 million of operating cash flow during Q2 and free cash flow during the quarter was $602.3 million
