More money, better health?

(George Mason University) In the past, studies have shown little to no relation between how much money you spend and how healthy you are.

But a new study, to be published in an upcoming issue of Health Services Research and penned by Jack Hadley, senior health services researcher at George Mason University, and his co-authors at the Urban Institute, have discovered a positive correlation between how much money elderly Medicare beneficiaries spend and their health outcomes.
