Sten Corp. (Nasdaq: STEN) 44% HIGHER; continues to rise today after strong earnings reported yesterday. Sten normally trades about 6,000 times a day, but today the Company's stock has already traded hands about 250,000 times.

Tessera Technologies (Nasdaq: TSRA) 40% LOWER; today announced that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has rejected the Company's re-examination claim.

Consequently, this means that Siliconware (Nasdaq: SPIL) has won the re-examination patent case. Shares have been halted.

Questcor Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (AMEX: QSC) 17.3% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.45 compared to a $0.06 loss for the same period last year.

Revenues were $27.1 million for Q4 compared to $3.4 million for the same period last year. Separately, the QSC board approves the repurchase plan for up to 7 million shares.
