Revenues for the quarter were $2.24 billion, versus the consensus of $2.27 billion. Sees Q2 EPS of $0.84-$0.89, versus the consensus of $0.90.

Q2 revs are expected to be $2.55-$2.65 billion, versus $2.44 billion.

Herman Miller (Nasdaq: MLHR) 8.5% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.71, 14 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.57.

Sees Q4 sales of $475-$500 million, versus the consensus of $496 million. Fannie Mae (NYSE: FNM) 1% LOWER; gives back some of today's 9% gain which was related to news OFHEO lowered capital requirement to 20%.
