DivX (NASDAQ: DIVX) 15% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.07, 5 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.02.

Revenue for the quarter was $20.1 million, which compares to the estimate of $18.08 million. Comtech Telecom (NASDAQ: CMTL) 13.6% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.51, 4 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.47.

Revenue for the quarter was $171.1 million, which compares to the estimate of $184.62 million. Sees FY10 EPS of $1.85-$1.95, versus the consensus $2.26, on sales of $740-$760 million.

Hampton Roads Bankshares, Inc. (Nasdaq: HMPR) 12.5% HIGHER; today announced that it had withdrawn a proposed public offering of up to 32,500,000 shares of its common stock.

Citi Trends, Inc. (Nasdaq: CTRN) 12.3% LOWER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.00, 5 cents lower than the analyst estimate of $0.05.

Revenue for the quarter was $111.6 million, versus the consensus of $124.70 million. Same store sales fell 12.4% during the quarter.
