Yahoo just posted its first-quarter results. Revenue excluding traffic acquisition costs was down 6% from the year-ago period at $1,064 million.
This is primarily due to the revenue share related to Yahoo-Microsoft deal, the company says.
Year-over-year revenue was otherwise flat.

Zoom Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZOOM) 84.2% HIGHER; surging higher today after announcing the results of its recently approved acquisition, Gold Lion.
The newly acquired company reported Q2 revenue increased 354% to $53.1 million; net income in the quarter grew to to $1.7 million, versus a net loss of $0.1 million last year; Gold Lion management's FY09 net revenue guidance in the range of $145-$155 million, versus $81 million in 2008; Gold Lion management's FY09 net income guidance in the range of $5.9-$6.1 million, versus $2.8 million in 2008.

The revenue guidance is based on lower than anticipated commercial reimbursement rates. Volume growth continues to be significant, but is expected to be somewhat lower than the Company had anticipated.

TechTarget, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTGT) 26% HIGHER; said preliminary revenues for Q1 are expected to be in the upper end of the revenue guidance previously provided by the Company.
TechTarget also said preliminary adjusted EBITDA for Q1 is expected to exceed the upper end of the guidance range.
For Q2, the Company expects total revenues to increase sequentially over the first quarter by approximately 20%.
Furthermore, the Company expects the adjusted EBITDA margin for the second quarter to be in the range of 15%-20% of total revenues.
