MBIA Inc. (NYSE: MBI) 14.9% HIGHER; reports Q3 loss of $3.50, cents better than the analyst estimate loss of $1.05.

Shengdatech, Inc. (NASDAQ: SDTH) 11.7% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.09, versus the analyst estimate of $0.10. Revenue for the quarter was $25.40 million, which compares to the estimate of $25.30 million.

Utek Corp. (NYSE: UTK) 11.7% LOWER; reports Q3 loss $0.21, versus a loss of $1.25 last year.

BIDZ.com (Nasdaq: BIDZ) 19% LOWER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.03, 2 cents worse than the analyst estimate of $0.05. Revenue for the quarter was $26.9 million, versus the consensus of $30.04 million.

BIDZ.com sees Q3 GAPP EPS of $0.01-$0.03, versus the consensus of $0.06. BIDZ.com sees Q3 revenues of $22-$24 million, versus the consensus of $29.6 million.

ShengdaTech (Nasdaq: SDTH) 14.90% HIGHER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.12, 5 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.07.
