- Financial Select Sector SPDR (NYSE: XLF) up 2.24 percent to $13.02. Financials reversing a Thursday slide as European hopes continue to gain steam.
German Chancellor Anglea Merkel quipping that a proposal which would use national funds to administer debt in euro area nations was plausible.
Europe staying afloat would eliminate some downside risk from holdings in the nation by U.S. banks. JPMorgan (NYSE: JPM) and Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS) are both ripping higher, up 8 and 6.4 percent on the session, respectively.

- SPDR S&P 500 (NYSE: SPY) up 3.02 percent to $119.85. U.S. markets are making a rebound, following several sessions of losses, as hopes for a new European bailout plan as well as strong Black Friday sales, have investors making a move toward the markets.
The Dow is up about 2.7 percent, while the Nasdaq and S&P 500 are up about 3 percent.
- Financial Select Sector SPDR (NYSE: XLF) up 3.14 percent to $12.15.

- Market Vectors Agribusiness ETF (NYSE: MOO) up 0.82 percent to $47.96. Ags getting a little boost as Lazard initiated coverage on several in the sector Friday.
The move is being led by Mosaic (NYSE: MOS), which is up 4.4 percent.
- CurrencyShares Euro Trust (NYSE: FXE) up 0.34 percent to $134.60.
The euro is gaing some ground on chatter in Europe that the European Central Bank (ECB) might loan the International Montary Fund (IMF) money to aid in bailouts.

- United States Oil (NYSE: USO) up 0.23 percent to $34.23. Crude prices creeping higher on a shaky U.S. dollar and inventory data today.
Crude saw a drop of 4.7 million barrels to 332.9 million barrels. Analysts were expected a more modest draw-down of 1.75 million barrels.
- Financial Select Sector SPDR (NYSE: XLF) up 0.51 percent to $12.85.
Citi (NYSE: C) and Bank of America (NYSE: BAC) bouncing higher today, following a sell off earlier in the week on earnings results and overall market weakness.

- Financial Select Sector SPDR (NYSE: XLF) up 1.56 percent to $12.40. Both Bank of America (NYSE: BAC) and Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS) reported quarterly earnings this morning, and markets are buying in.
The ETF is being led higher by BofA (NYSE: BAC), which is up 5.5 percent on the session.
- United States Oil (NYSE: USO) up 0.42 percent to $33.57.

- SPDR S&P 500 (NYSE: SPY) up 2.62 percent to $118.74. The S&P, et al, are trading higher today on reports Europe will come to an agreement on recapitalization of banks by the end of October. Click here for more color.
- Financial Select Sector SPDR (NYSE: XLF) up 3.68 percent to $12.27.
The much-beleaguered financial sector is one of the better performers Monday following news out of Europe.

- iShares MSCI Brazil Index (NYSE: EWZ) up 4.69 percent to $54.64. Shares in Brazil are rebounding today following U.S. and European data.
Initial claims in the U.S. rose just 6,000 to 401,000, lower than the 410,000 expected. The positive outlook could help to lift commodities prices, a major part of Brazil's economy.
- Guggenheim Solar (NYSE: TAN) up 7.12 percent to $3.46.
Solars are moving higher, led by First Solar, Inc. (Nasdaq: FSLR), which is up 7.9 percent on talks of a possible takeover.

- iShares MSCI South Korea Index (NYSE: EWY) up 3.75 percent to $49.20. Despite South Korea's current-account surplus contracting to $401.3 million, the Bank of Korea still sees the nation retaining a surplus over the next year as emerging markets will continue to buy from South Korea amid European woes.
- Financial Select Sector SPDR (NYSE: XLF) up 2.65 percent to $12.22.

- Financial Select Sector SPDR (NYSE: XLF) up 1.14 percent to $13.36. Financials rising a little today, as Bank of America (NYSE: BAC) is said to seek the sale of its correspondent mortgage business.
Initially up 2.2 percent on the day, BofA is now just 0.6 percent better.
- iShares MSCI South Korea Index (NYSE: EWY) up 2.74 percent to $56.67.

BofA is up 13 percent on Thursdays session.
- United States Natural Gas (NYSE: UNG) up 1.43 percent to $9.92.
