Superior Offshore International Inc. (NASDAQ: DEEP) 59% LOWER; Notifies SEC of delay in filing its 2007 Q4 and full year results.

Centerplate (AMEX: CVP) 55.4% LOWER; late last night announced a cash payment of $0.13 per Income Deposit Security will be payable on April 21, 2008 to holders of record of Income Deposit Securities at the close of business on April 10, 2008.

Each of the Income Deposit Securities issued by the Company is comprised of one share of common stock and a subordinated note.

StreetInsider.com Pre-Open Movers: Superior Offshore International Inc. (NASDAQ: DEEP) 30% LOWER; Notifies SEC of Delay in Filing its 2007 Fourth Quarter and Full Year Results.

LoJack Corporation (Nasdaq: LOJN) 15.6% LOWER; sees FY08 EPS of $0.75-$0.85, versus the Street consensus of $1.15.

Q1 EPS are expected to be about $0.04 and Q2 EPS are expected to be about $0.20. The Street is currently expecting $0.25 and $0.30 in Q1 and Q2, respectively.

Revenues for the FY08 are expected to be in the range of $213-$218 million, versus the Street estimate of $233.15 million.
