  • Apple Inc.

    (Nasdaq: AAPL) high of $496.75. Apple making a sharp move higher Thursday, possibly on word that an iPad 3 event will be held the first week of March, as well as some positive analyst comments.

    For about 45 minutes Thursday morning -- from 10:30 to 11:15am -- it didn't look like Apple was going to stop rising, moving from $485 through $495, though the stock did end up flattening out a
