Tui is definitely under pressure to keep Hapag lloyd as separate as possible, to enable a possible spinoff to Temaseks NOL possible.

The negotiations are tortured and politically sensitive, but finally it seems that Temasek and Tui (via NOL and Hapag-Lloyd) may be willing to tread where Maersk Sealand and P&O Nedlloyd tried (and are yet to come close to succeeding). |
