ORLANDO, Fla. --- Data Transfer Solutions, LLC (DTS), has appointed Brian Sovik, GISP, director of GIS-T Solutions.

"Trey" Fragala III, AICP, PMP, chief operating officer at DTS, said Sovik is based at the company's downtown Avalon Park headquarters and will head the Orlando GIS-T group of developers and be responsible for overseeing the programming and focus primarily on Florida Dept of Transportation clients.

Fragala said Sovik formerly performed a similar role for AMEC, leading a team of 10 GIS professionals and developers.
