Report: South Sudan sues Khartoum over oil

South Sudan is suing Sudan for "looting" its oil and will no longer export crude through its northern neighbor, a Sudanese daily reported Sunday, citing officials, in the latest spat between the two governments over the coveted resource in the newly-independent southern nation.
