The failure of the bailout bill to pass caused a big freakout in the market, which thought we were going to get a bailout today.

Report: Online Ad Spending To Increase

The markets have been open for roughly one hour today, and at the moment, the Dow is up by about 200 points.  A new report states that online ad spending, for its part, is supposed to rise by 23 percent this year.

Salesforce.com Reports Strong Fourth Quarter
