Treasurys Extend Decline After Jobless Claims

Treasury prices extended losses on Thursday, pushing 10-year yields towards the biggest annual increase in a decade, after the Labor Department said the number of Americans claiming first-time unemployment benefits fell 22,000 to 432,000 in the latest week, though analysts noted holiday and weather tend to cause big swings this time of year.
